We'll be sending letters home during the first week of September with details of next year's Summer Camp, but here's a sneak preview for those of you who subscribe to blog updates.
The dates are Saturday 19 - 26 July 2008, and we're going to Beaudesert Park campsite. The campsite is in Cannock Chase which is an area of outstanding natural beauty in Staffordshire. The cost of the camp will be £175 per person. There is an initial allocation of 26 places, which may be increased if there's enough interest to justify a third minibus. A £25 non-returnable deposit is required to secure a place, and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The camp is open to cubs, scouts and explorers.
Please note: We will not be taking any bookings until week commencing 10 September, in order to be fair to everyone. Please don't bring any money before then as we're not geared up to deal with it.
